I am happy to say that we have been absolutely delighted with our hot tub and with all aspects of the purchase and the installation. We particularly valued the pre-purchase advice from an experienced firm, because with so many options on the market, the process of buying a hot tub can be quite confusing! We've had the hot tub a few weeks now and have used it extensively. I have found tremendous benefits for relaxation/ melting away stress and also for the muscular problems that I experience with my shoulder. My husband, although initially sceptical about hot tubs is now a true convert and really enjoys sitting in the tub with a drink -especially at night when the lights in the tub create a great atmosphere and the stars are clearly visible in the sky.
